SwitchLife is a personally run, experience-led business shaped by 34+ years in the tourism industry and a life lived across five continents. My curiosity about people, places and culture has always been innate — and today I specialise in creating inclusive group adventures for midlife people who are ready to Explore What’s Next. And when I say hosted, I mean it! I’m there with you, on the ground and face-to-face, travelling as part of the team. ✈️ My next 2027 & 2028 group tour season is launching very soon! Alongside the physical adventures, I bring together more than 10 years of experience as a Certified Life Coach and Counsellor, creating personal online pathways designed to help you explore self-awareness, possibility and the many different versions of who you can be in midlife. Because I believe our middle years are not a winding-down era — they’re an era to stay curious, connected, included and adventurous. At the heart of this is The Midlife Circuit — a signature SwitchLife pathway for people who are curious about self-awareness, self-discovery and creating a more diverse midlife. We’re now welcoming our first 250 global midlife cohort members to write their own stories, share what they’re creating and have the opportunity to publish through our very own store — without needing to build an online shop of your own. 34+ years of global adventure. 10+ years of personal development experience.
